Kalettes

Our Kalettes are a relatively recent addition to the vegetable world. They are a cross between sprouts and kale, the plants forming beautiful small florets of kale on the side of the stem in the same way that sprouts form. The entire floret can be cooked and has a lovely nutty flavour.
